With obesity, diabetes and heart disease on the rise, it’s important that we make a change today. Sugary drinks are the #1 added source of sugar in our diet. By making the pledge to drink water instead of soda, you are decreasing your risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer and oral health problems.
It’s time to break the cycle and get healthier now! Sign up before June 1st to be eligible to attend the Soda Free Summer Celebration at the Springfield YMCA on July 28, 2018 and have the chance to win awesome prizes!

This calendar will be your guide and checklist throughout the duration of the Soda Free Summer event. It will also serve as your ticket to the YMCA Celebration at the culminating event on July 28, 2018!
The Soda Free Summer Celebration will be held at the Springfield YMCA on July 28, 2018 from 6pm until 8pm.
